摘要
ATP与[Mo_2Fe_5S_2(SPh)_6(MeO)_3]^(3-)原子簇的络合,引起ATP的α-、β-^(31)PNMR谱峰往低磁场方向移动13.23和9.02ppm.t-^(31)PNMk谱峰趋于消失,ATP与原子簇的络合,增加其配位场和配位数,促进原子簇与亚甲蓝之间的氧化还原反应并屏蔽原子簇中的铁,使其不易与亚铁螯合剂phen反应。
ATP can complex with [Mo2Fe6Si5(sPh)6(MeO)5]3- Cluster (without displacing any the thiolate ligands and shielding the cluster from disruption by iron chelaters), resulting in down-field shifting of the 31p NMR peaks of α- and β-PO4 of ATP by about 13. 23ppm and 9. 02ppm respectively and the 21p NMR peak of the γ-PO4 after shifting being overshadowed by the noices in DMF-wa-ter solution,in significant enhancement of the rate of redox reaction between the cluster and methylene blue.
