摘要
研究了碱金属氯化物存在下β-环糊精对萘的包络作用,结果表明,盐类存在下萘-β-环糊精包络物形成常数增大并促进萘在β-环糊精水溶液中激基缔合物的形成,结果说明盐类的存在有利于强硫水性化合物的包络,并定量说明主客体间的疏水相互作用是包络物形成动力之一。
A study of the inclusion of naphthalene with β-cyclodextrin indicated that,in the presence of alkali metal chloride MCl(M+ = Li+ , Na*, K+,and NH4+),the formation constant of naphthalene-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was increased and the naphthalene excimer formation in β-uycladextrin solution was promoted,which led to a conclusion that the presence of salt benefited the inclusion cf strong hydrophobia compound and verified quantitatively that the hydrophobic interaction between host and guest was one of binding forces of cyclodextrin inclusion complex.
