摘要
利用三种不同 Fe/Al比的气流冲击研磨铍粉,研究了真空退火对真空热压铍材力学性能的影响.结果表明,750℃和600℃长时间(20h)的真空退火处理,使铝含量较高的铍材中的铁能充分与晶界处的铝结合形成 AlFeBe4,有效控制了游离铝的形咸,从而改善了材料的延伸率,且没有损害其他力学性能.
Effects of vacuum-annealing on mechanical properties of vacuum-hot-pressed beryllium material have been studied by use of the beryllium powders with three kinds of Fe/Al ratio made by the method of impact grinding. It is shown that prolonged (twenty hours) annealing at 750 ℃ and 600℃ enabled the Fe, Al in hot-pressed beryllium materi-al with higher Al content to form AlFeBe4 compound with Be effectively and thereby to limit the presence of free Al on the grain boundaries and improve the elongation of beryllium material without harming the other mechanical properties.
