摘要
通过实验研究,对碳化硅用搅拌磨粉碎形式下的粉体粒度、粒度分布、比表面积叶应研磨时间的相互关系进行了分析.对实验数据进行回归分析拟合,得出了搅拌磨超细粉碎过程中的粉体中位径与比表面积、中位径与研磨时间、粒度分布与研磨时间的函数关系模拟方程式.理论计算曲线与实验数据吻合程度很好.根据推导出的函数关系方程式,可以预测碳化硅搅拌磨超细研磨过程中的产品性能,为实际生产放大模拟提供了理论依据.
A study on fine-grinding of silicon carbide in an experimental attrition mill has been carried out to investigate the breakage behaviors of sub-micro SiC powder. The particle size, size distribution and specific surface area of the powder in the mill versus grinding time are analyzed. Mathematical models are introduced from the experiments data by the method of least square. The testing results are coincidental with the calculations. Tne product particle size and size distribution during the grinding.As well,as grinding time with different rotate speeds can be predicted by using the models.
