摘要
分析了CK78XX数控车床尾架箱体的自由模态,应用有限元模态分析方法(FEM)对箱体进行了模态参数(固有频率、刚度、振型)的计算,并与模态试验的结果进行对照以保证有限元模型的正确.计算出的前12阶模态与模态试验的结果相吻合,说明有限元模型的正确性。
The paper analyzed the uncontrained modals for tailstock block of numerical control lathe named CK78XX.Fi-nite element method is applied to caculating for the modal parameters (inherent frequencis , rigidity, modal shapes), and compared the calculating results to those which came from the experimental modal analysis in order to ensure the validity of the finite element model.The first 12 calculated modals of tailstock block are well agreed with the results from experi-ment. By this comparing, the finite element model is valid enough to provide the foundation for the dynamic response eval-uation , the dynamic modification, and the dynamic optimal design of the tailstock block.
