By means of introduction to clause of FIDIC and its method of operation, haw to exactly apply clause of FIDIC in bid and tender for construrtion project is discussed in this paper, thus making sure that our bid and tender for construc-tion project can follaw intemastional praetice and cater to the requirements of WTO.
