应用杀菌剂解决造纸过程中的微生物污染

Biocides:Solve the Microbial Contaminant Problems in Papermaking Process

造纸过程中常见的微生物有细菌、真菌和酵母。浆料中主要微生物种类与生产用水、原料种类及pH值等有关。定期清洗流程中的管道和纸机,可较好地防止浆料中的微生物滋生。选用合适的高效、广谱抗菌、低毒的“绿色”杀菌剂如:异噻唑啉酮类能更有效地抑制微生物生长,使细菌数降低3～4个数量级,使纸机提高正常运转率。

Stock decay is caused mainly by microorganisms in paper machine system.Bacteria,fungi,and yeast are commonly found in the papermaking process.The predominated microorganisms which arise in the stock are dependent on water,materials and pH value.Cleaning the pipes and machine at intervals is a good way to inhibit stock from microbial pollution.However,using green biocides with wide spec-trum and low toxicity is the most effective way to prevent the system from microbial contamination,the amounts of bacteria can reduce to be of the orders of3～4,and finally the machine runnability can be improved significantly.
