摘要
目前汽车工业向着高速、舒适方向发展,这就引起诸多问题的研究,特别是通过不平路面时,车身会受到更剧烈的冲击。若有一阻尼层能抵御外界频率的变化,这样车身受到的冲击就会缓和。为解决上述问题,我校开始研制复合阻尼钢板,即在两层钢板之间加入塑料粘合剂,采用加压法复合。经各种检验后,再冲制成零件供汽车工业使用。
There are some problems need to be solved in automobile industry, since the people are looking {or higher speed, more comfortable automobile. And especially there is a impact on the shell of automobile while passing through the uneven road. If there is a resistance layer which can defend the outside frequency changes, the impact will be lessened. In order to solve these problems, our university has developed the recombination of damping steel plate, i.e. insert the plastic binding agent into the two layers of steel plate by using press working method. After pressing and various testing, stamp it into the component which is used in automobile industry
