摘要
研究了碳酸钠、柠檬酸钠、AES及表面活性剂的总质量分数对LAS/AEO9体系球形液晶的形成及稳定性影响 ,讨论了稳定性与黏度、黏弹性之间的关系。结果表明 :碳酸钠质量分数≤ 6%时 ,碳酸钠的加入有利于球形液晶的形成。在高碳酸钠质量分数 >6%时 ,不利于球形液晶的形成。AES取代部分的AEO9后 ,不利于球形液晶的形成 ,但有利于提高体系的抗盐性。提高表面活性剂质量分数来提高体系的耐盐性效果不佳。稳定性与弹性结构存在一定的关系 ,弹性模量在一定的应力范围内受应力的影响小 ,体系的稳定性就好。
The factors of effect on the formation and stability of liposomes were studied in LAS/AEO 9 system,such as sodium carbonate?sodium citrate?sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate(AES)and the concentration of surfactant.Meanwhile,relationship between stability and viscosity and viscoelastics was discussed.The results show that:the addition of sodium carbonate takes advantage of formation of liposomes at the concentration up to 6 %,otherwise not.AES substitu-ting partly for AEO 9 takes advantage of stability of system but is unhelpful to the formation of liposomes;Increasing the total concentration of surfactant doesnt effect apparently on ability of toleration salts.There are some relations between stability and elastic structure;Stability is good when storage modulus is hardly influenced by stress at the definite stress range.
