采用图像分析技术测定黑素细胞中黑素含量

Imaga analysis technique on melanin content determination in cultured melanocytes

采用图像分析技术 ,建立了细胞中黑素含量的测定方法 ,以适应美白化妆品研究开发的需要。结果显示 :改进后的方法 ,精确度测试的变异系数均值为 1 2 % ;准确度测试 ,相关系数为 0 910 5 4;稳定性测试 ,方差分析无显著性差异。提示本法精确、准确、稳定、简便和经济 ,适用于美白化学物的研究开发。

In order to meet the need of study on skin lightening cosmetic,a new method was developed on the base of image analysis technique.The results show the analysis of precision:average CV is 1 2 %,the analysis of accuracy:correlation coefficient is 0 910 54,and stability is not significant difference(P>0 05).It is suggested that the new method is precision,accurate,stable,simple and economic,which can be used in studying of skin lightening cosmetic.
