摘要
研究了制备新型匀染助剂OTAS的实验方法和最佳条件。将平平加O (脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 )、TX 10(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 )在 90℃下与等mol硫酸反应 2h ,加足量的水并用碱中和 ,再配入适量的AES (脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 )。主要原料的配比是 :m (平平加O)∶m (TX -10 )∶m (AES) =10∶7∶11。实验与使用结果表明所得产品对混纺纤维有良好的匀染效果。
The experimental method and the optimal process conditions for producing a new dye leveller named OTAS was studied.Peregal O(fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether)and TX-10(octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether-10)carried out esterification with sulfuric acid at 90 ℃for 2 h,then,sufficient water was added,and neutralized with sodium hydroxide,followed by mixing ration AES(polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol sodium sulfate)into it.The weight ratio of the principal raw materials is m (Peregal O)∶ m (TX-10)∶ m (AES)=10∶7∶11.The results of the experiment and application showed that the product is especially suitable for the dyeing process of the blend fibres.
