碳纤维复合材料管材热缩成型工艺技术

THERMAL CONTRACTING PROCESS IN THE PRODUCTION OF CFRP TUBE

研究了一种新型的CFRP(碳纤维复合材料管 )成型工艺方法。该工艺采用预浸料铺层、热压罐固化工艺 ,通过对热缩材料的性能研究 ,发现可将其作为CFRP管成型的表面辅助均压材料。制品具有厚度均匀、表面光滑平整的优点 ,满足结构使用要求。

A novel moulding process for the production of CFRP tube was presented, which combined prepreg technology and autoclave moulding technology. Study showed that the thermal contractible material could be used to improve the surface quality of CFRP tube. With its even thickness and smooth surface, the rusulted CFRP tube could meet the requirement for structrual application.
