摘要
研究了冲击改性剂种类和添加量对硬质PVC/木纤维复合材料机械性能的影响。硬质PVC/木纤维复合材料的抗冲击性与冲击改性剂的种类和含量有关 ,当冲击改性剂的种类和浓度选择得当时 ,硬质PVC/木纤维复合材料既不降低拉伸强度 ,又可提高冲击韧性。
The effects of impact modifier types and dosage on the mechanical properties of rigid PVC/wood-fiber composites were examined. The impact resistance of rigid PVC/wood-fiber composites depends strongly on the type and contents of impact modifier. With the proper choice of modifier type and its concentration, the impact strength of rigid PVC/wood-fiber composites can be significantly improved without degrading the tensile properties. Methacrylate-butadiene-styrene and all-acrylic modifiers performed in a similar manner and were more effective and efficient in improving the impact resistance of the composites than the chlorinated polyethylene modifier.
