摘要 提供了一个理论计算紫外预电离TE(A) CO2 激光器自持辉光放电的放电阻抗的方法 ,并以脉冲形成网络 (PFN)放电TE(A)CO2 激光器为例 ,计算了其自持辉光放电“准稳态” A theoretical method is provided for calculating the glow discharge impedance of a UV-preionized self-sustained TE(A) CO 2 laser.The average discharge impedance in the'quasi-steady'glow discharge state of a self-sustained TE(A) CO 2 laser with pulse forming network(PFN) is calculated out under various gas pressure.
