摘要
利用时域有限差分法模拟了二维光子晶体的带隙结构。通过改变二维光子晶体的结构、介电常数配比及存在缺陷时 。
A systematic theoretical investigation is undertaken in order to model the ban gap structures of two-dimensional periodic dielectric materials with a finite-difference time-domain method.By altering the ratio of dielectric electric permittivity and being different defects,we model the changes of the band gap of two-dimensional photomic crystals.
