远程教育教学过程的实施和教学质量保证的问题,随着远程教育试点的开展越来越为人们关注。本文结合近期试点工作的实践,阐述了对远程开放教育教学过程涵义和特点的认识,提出教学过程的实施是远程教育教学质量保证的核心,并着重就教与学模式的探索、学习支持服务体系的建设、规范化的教学管理、实践教学和考试的改革等方面提出看法。

More and more people are paying attention to the issues of implementing the teaching process of distance education and guaranteeing teaching quality with th e development of the pilot project on distance education.This paper will discu ss on the implication and knowledge of features towards teaching process of open and dis-tance education in combination with the recently practical work of the pilot project.It points out that the im-plementation of teaching process is the kernel to guarantee distance education teaching quality.The author raises h er ideas by focusing on the exploration of teaching and learning mode,construct ion of learning support system,standard teaching management practical teaching and reform of examinations.
