摘要
文章针对软件开发实践中普遍存在的一些问题,在分析软件过程的基础上,从管理角度提出了一个基于原则集的软件过程模型,通过原则集将组织结构、工程和管理实践结合起来,籍此希望对提高企业实际的软件能力有所助益。
Based on analyzing of software process,this article suggests a software process model based on principles set to deal with some common problems in software engineering practices.The principles set try to combine organization structure,engineering and management practice from the point of software process management.It is thus intended to do some help for organizations to improve their software capability.
