摘要
针对石油化工装置许多特殊工况如闪蒸、汽蚀和工艺要求等介绍如何通过精确的计算和选型 ,选用恰当的调节阀 ,以确保工艺装置安全、长周期、稳定运行。详细讨论了采用低振动阀芯设计抗汽蚀和选用适当的XFZ降低汽蚀产生的噪声的方法 ,并结合抛物线阀芯和V型阀芯等具体类型讨论了这种方法的应用效果。介绍了通过选用阀门的尺寸 ,限制下游侧的流速 ,减少闪蒸和降低闪蒸影响的方法。给出了通过选择动态分程控制大阀与小阀特性 ,实现既提高响应速度 ,又降低系统阶跃变化的灵敏度的组合控制方法 。
Aimed at many special process conditions of petrochemical units such as flashing, cavitation and the process requirements, introduction is made on how to ensure process unit operating in a state of safety and steadiness for a long period through accurate calculation and selection proper control valve. The measures adopting lower vibration plug design against cavitation erosion and selecting proper X Fz to reduce noise caused by cavitation are discussed in detail together with the application effects of parabola plug and V type plug. The method of decreasing flashing and its influence by selecting valve's size to limit downstream flow rate is also introduced. In addition, the comprehensive control method to provide quick dynamic response and slow step variation response by selecting dynamic split control of large valve characteristics and small valve characteristics is described. The method has obtained better dynamic and static characteristics.
