摘要
介绍了溶剂稀释型硬膜防锈油研制过程 ,并通过盐雾试验、湿热试验等一系列实验室手段 ,优化了工艺配方 ,减少了添加剂的加入量 ,降低了产品的生产成本 。
Developing process of solvent-diluting hard film anti-rust oil is introduced. The process formulation has been optimized through a series of laboratory tests such as salt spray test and wet heat test. Amount of anti-rust additives has been reduced, thus the production cost has been decreased. As a result market competitiveness of the product has been enhanced.
