摘要
介绍了经一级处理后的炼油污水采用折流式厌氧工艺预处理的中试情况。利用立体填料作为微生物载体的研究结果表明 :炼油污水经水解处理后 ,COD和油的去除率分别达到了 41.8%和 6 7.6 % ,污水的可生化性提高了 2 3.3% ,与好氧工艺相比运行费用大为降低 。
Pilot scale test of deflection anaerobic process pretreating the first treated oil refining waste water is introduced. The test result using stereo packing as microbiological supporter shows that after the hydrolysis treatment, removal rates of COD and oil in waster water have reached 48.1% and 67.6% respectively, the biodegradability of waster water increased by 23.3%. Running cost was greatly decreased compared with aerobic process, showing evident economical benefits.
