摘要
考察了3种不同来源的硅胶对合成高硅ZSM-5分子筛的影响,并探讨了影响合成的原因。研究结果表明:硅胶比表面积的大小对分子筛的合成具有较大的影响,硅胶比表面积越大,合成效果越好。采用改进的合成方法(预解聚法和低温陈化法)可得到无石英杂晶的高硅ZSM-5分子筛。
The effects of three kinds of silica gel on high-silica ZSM-5 zeolite synthesis were investigated. The experimental results showed that the specific surface area of silica gel had significant influence on the zeolite syn-thesis. The larger the specific surface area of the silica gel, the better the synthesis results. Using improved synthetic methods could obtain high crystaUinity ZSM-5 zeolite without miscellaneous quartz crystal.
