SP粘结剂的制备及其在裂化催化剂中的应用研究

PREPARATION OF SP BINDER FOR FCC CATALYST AND ITS APPLICATION

在实验室通过对常规铝溶胶粘结剂进行改性制备了SP粘结剂。采用这种新型粘结剂制备FCC催化剂,与常规粘结剂相比可以降低粘结剂用量的30％～40％,同时改善了催化剂的裂化活性和焦炭选择性。

A new FCC catalyst binder named SP was prepared in the laboratory by modifying the conven-tional aluminum sol binder, which could reduce the dosage by 30％ to 40％ for preparing FCC catalyst. In comparison with the conventional aluminum sol binder used for FCC catalyst, using SP binder cold improve the cracking activity and coke selectivity of the catalyst.
