摘要
在实验室通过对常规铝溶胶粘结剂进行改性制备了SP粘结剂。采用这种新型粘结剂制备FCC催化剂,与常规粘结剂相比可以降低粘结剂用量的30%~40%,同时改善了催化剂的裂化活性和焦炭选择性。
A new FCC catalyst binder named SP was prepared in the laboratory by modifying the conven-tional aluminum sol binder, which could reduce the dosage by 30% to 40% for preparing FCC catalyst. In comparison with the conventional aluminum sol binder used for FCC catalyst, using SP binder cold improve the cracking activity and coke selectivity of the catalyst.
