摘要
通过对聚丙烯催化剂的载体即氯化镁乙醇络合物的热重曲线的研究,提出曲线上在50~200℃的失重台阶对应于醇合物的脱醇过程;200~270℃的失重台阶对应于醇合物的脱水过程,并通过四极质谱与热重分析联用检测热重分析的尾气对上述过程进行了验证。这两个失重过程可用于氯化镁醇合物中乙醇和水的含量测定,并作为工业生产中的一个重要的监控手段。此方法的分析结果与碳、氢元素分析的结果基本吻合,测定乙醇和水的相对标准偏差分别为0.76%和3.60%。
The thermogravimetric curve profile of the support(the complex compound of magnesium chlo-ride with alcohol) of the polypropylene catalyst, was studied. It is suggested that the steps in the curve at 50-200℃ were attributed to the weight loss of the alcohol, and the step at 200-270℃ was the result of the weight loss of the water. These courses were verified with the use of combining thermogravimetric analysis with quadrupole mass spectra-metric analysis. The above weight loss steps could be used to determine the alcohol and water contents of the complexcompounds in commercial production as a monitor means. The relative standard deviations of the analyses of the alcohol and the water were 0.76%and 3.60% respectively. The analysis result of the said method was in conformation with the element analysis of carbon and hydrogen.
