重油乳化后物性变化的测定 被引量:6

摘要 在实验室将重油进行乳化,测定不同温度下重油乳化前后的表面张力、界面张力和粘度等物性数据的变化。结果表明,在相同温度下,乳化油的表面张力略小于原料油的表面张力,在60~90℃范围内,差值小于1mN/m,随温度上升两者差值减小;乳化油油水界面张力与原料油表面张力相比,下降幅度在67.0%~87.7%之间;乳化油的粘度略高于原料油,其差值随温度提高而减小。 Heavy oil was emulsified in the laboratory. The changes of physical properties, such as surface tension, interracial tension and viscosity, in different temperatures were measured. At constant temperature, the sur-faee tension of the emulsifying oil was slightly lower than that of the heavy oil feedstock, the difference was less than 1mN/m in the temperature range of 60-90℃, and the difference decreased with the temperature increase. Compar-ing with the heavy oil feedstock, the interfacial tension of the emulsifying oil reduced by 67.0% to 87.7%, the vis-cosity was somewhat higher, and its changes decreased with the temperature increase.
