摘要
在一个由两根滤管组成的刚性过滤器试验装置上,利用压电式压力传感器测定了过滤系统内压力的变化规律,分析了喷吹压力、脉冲宽度和喷嘴喉径对系统内压力的影响。试验结果表明,缩放喷嘴有利于脉冲反吹清灰过程;脉冲反吹时滤管内将会产生负压区,由于该负压区的存在,反吹压力和喷嘴直径都不能过大;为增大滤管内正的峰值压力,可优先考虑增大喷吹压力,也可通过增大喷嘴喉径达到此目的。
The investigation of the characteristics of transient pressure wave in filter system was conducted on an experimental apparatus with a rigid filter composed by two filter tubes, by use of the piezoelectric pressure sen-sors. The influences of jet pressure, pulse width and the diameter of the nozzle on the pressure wave in the filter sys-tem were analyzed. Experimental result showed that adopting the Laval type nozzle was advantageous to back-pulse jet-ting cleaning. It also indicated that a region of negative pressure would come forth after back-pulse jetting cleaning. Concerning the region of negative pressure, the nozzle diameter and the jet should be the decisive factors for the back-pulse.jetting system design. Increasing either the jet pressure or the nozzle diameter was an effective way to increase the positive peak pressure in the filter tube.
