摘要 陕北探区地层硫化物含量高 ,钻具易发生氢脆和点坑式腐蚀 ,引起钻杆本体刺穿、断钻铤、断钻杆等事故。为解决钻具严重腐蚀的问题 ,优选出了经济有效的最佳防腐配方 :0 .1 %除硫剂 +0 .2 %缓蚀剂。钻井液加药后缓蚀效果明显 ,平均缓蚀率达 87.7%。现场应用后 ,从井深 2  0 0 0 m到 3  1 0 0 m正常钻进 ,钻具腐蚀大为减缓 ,无刺穿、掉钻具现象发生。 Because of high formation sulphide content in northern Shanxi exploration area,drill pipe piercement,drill collar and drill pipe failure are easily caused by hydrogen brittleness and pit corrosion on drill tools In order to solve the serious corrosion problems, an optimum formula of 0 1% desulfurizer+0 2% corrosion inhibitor is selected The effect of corrosion control is evident after the formula is introduced into the drilling fluid, average corrosion inhibition rate is 87 7% When drilling from 2000 m to 3100 m, drill tool corrosion is reduced greatly and the phenomena of drill stem piercement and drill tool dropout are eliminated in field application
