摘要
在总结“九五”期间大庆油田钻井液技术发展情况的基础上,重点介绍了在井壁稳定、高温深井、欠平衡钻井、保护油气层和提高二界面胶结强度等方面开展的诸多钻井液研究和应用。结果表明,水基加重钻井液性能良好,润滑性和防漏效果明显,对油层具有更好的保护作用,保证了侧钻水平井钻井施工的顺利进行;抑制性与封堵型聚合物钻井液具有很强的抑制性,解决了井壁稳定、防卡和防漏问题,电测遇阻率比常规井眼降低10%,卡钻事故率减少3%,井漏井塌事故率减少25%,保证了小井眼钻井完井施工的顺利;抗高温油包水钻井液、水包油低密度钻井液、硅酸盐钻井液、甲酸盐钻井液和多元硅钻井液,性能稳定,抗高温能力强,有效地保护和发现了油气层,具有较好的提高二界面胶结质量作用,提高了二界面的固井质量。这些钻井液技术的发展,解决了大庆油田高温井、疑难井和特殊工艺井钻井技术问题。
The development on drilling fluid technology during the 'Ninth-five-year' plan in Daqing Oilfield is briefed in this paper, mainly focuses on wellbore stability, high temperature deep well drilling, under-balanced drilling, formation protection and improving the cementing between two interfaces, etc. Many new drilling fluid systems have been developed, in which there are water based weighting drilling fluid, its better lubricity and shale control ability ensure the smooth drilling of sidetracking horizontal well. The polymer drilling fluid has strong inhibition, and solves such problems as wellbore instability, sticking and lost circulation, and good for slim hole drilling and completion. Other new systems such as water-in-oil drilling fluid, oil-in-water drilling fluid , silicon-based drilling fluid, potassium formate drilling fluid, etc, all have stable performances and high temperature tolerance, and they effectively protect formation and improve cementing quality. Some disadvantages and the developing tendency on drilling fluid technology are also pointed out.
