摘要
考察了环氧丙烷 (PO)和乙醇在新型 β沸石分子筛催化剂存在下 ,应用催化精馏法制备丙二醇乙醚的中型试验 ,PO为 2 2 .5kg/h ,乙醇为 15 0~ 180kg/h(新鲜加馏出 ) ,β沸石催化剂装填量为 4 0kg ,反应温度为(10 5± 5 )℃ ,塔底温度为 170~ 175℃ ,系统压力为 0 .15~ 0 .17MPa ,丙二醇单乙醚收率为 90 .5 %。确定了该生产方法的工艺条件。
The pilot plant tests of catalytic distillation for preparing propylene glycol mono ethyl ether from propylene oxide (PO) and ethanol in presence of a β zeolite molecular sieve catalyst were investigated. The technogical conditions were established as follows: PO feeding rate 22.5 kg/h, ethanol feeding rate 150180 kg/h (fresh plus recovered), catalyst charge amount 40 kg, reaction temperature (105±5) ℃, tower bottom temperature 170175 ℃, system pressure 0.150.17 MPa. The yield of propylene glycol mono ethyl ether was 90.5%.
