污油罐闪爆事故分析

Analysis of Flash and Explosion Accident about Water-containing Waste Oil Tank

通过对一起由静电引起的含水污油罐闪爆事故的原因分析,提出了事故预防措施及建议,特别指出含水污油罐的内防腐处理应采用防静电防腐涂料。

The reason of the flash and explosion accident of a water-containing waste oil tank was analyzed due to static electricity. Some measures were proposed for the accident prevention, in which anti-corrosion and an-ti-static electrical paint have to be used to anti-corrosion treatment in it.
