摘要
研究了 (乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇二甲醚 ) -正丁基锂 -抽余油体系无规溶聚丁苯橡胶不同聚合时间聚合溶液粘度的变化 ,发现聚合溶液粘度与活性种的活性有关 ,高温严重破坏活性种的活性 ,调节剂用量是杀死活性种活性的另一因素。同时考察了不同苯乙烯 /丁二烯 (S/B)体系、正丁基锂引发剂用量对聚合粘度的影响规律 ,发现S/B越大 ,聚合粘度越小 ,S/B越小 ,聚合粘度越大 ;引发剂用量减少 。
The variation of random solution copolymerization viscosity at different time is discussed on the system of (1G or 2G)/ n-BuLi/Raffinate Oil of styrene-butadiene-rubber. It is found that the viscosity is related to reactive species. High temperature can spoil the activity of reactive species as well as the dosage of polar modifier which is another factor to kill reactive species. Meanwhile the influence of different S/B and the n-BuLi initiator addition to copolymerization solution viscosity is also investigated. It is discovered that when the S/B value is higher, the copolymerization solution viscosity is lower and vice versa. And that when the initiator dosage is decreased, the viscosity of polymerization will become higher.
