埕岛油田机采井经济免修期计算新方法

A New Approach for Calculating the Economic Maintenance-Free Period of Artificial Lift Wells in Chengdao Oilfields

针对埕岛油田机采井生产和作业中存在的一些问题,首次引入经济免修期评价指标。根据油井产量递减理论和单井经济极限产量理论,建立了机采井经济免修期评价模型,提出了机采井的经济免修期评价计算方法。计算结果表明,该方法简单、有效,为提高油井的开发经济效益提供了可靠的理论依据,对海上油田机采井的生产管理,具有实际指导意义。

Based on some existing problems in producing treatment of the artificial lift wells in Chengdao oil field,this paper presentes the new wvaluation approach for Economic Maintenance-free period(EMP) for artificial lift wells.Based of the theories of well production decline and well economic limited oil production ,the paper establishes the EMP evaluating model of artificial lift wells and presentes the calculating method of EMP.The calculated results show that the new approach is simple and effective,which present the reliablw theory basis for improving the economy of the offwells,and can be efficiently used to offshore well production management.
