建立QHSE体系的可行性

ISO 90 0 0标准、HSE标准是石油企业进行质量管理的有效手段。由于我国加入了世界贸易组织 ,使得贯彻执行这些标准非常迫切。如何建立既能加强企业管理 ,又有利于实际操作的ISO 90 0 0体系和HSE体系是一个重要课题。分析了两种管理体系的兼容性 。

ISO 9000 and HSE system are effective means of quality management in oil enterprises.China's entry into the WTO has made it urgent to implement these standards.The compatibility between these two systems and the feasibility of establishing QHSE system are discussed in this paper.
