通过鞍钢半连轧总体改造的工程实例 ,介绍一种新型的循环水沉淀及除油过滤系统。着重介绍了净环水系统、浊环水系统处理的工艺流程以及与其它常规设计的不同之处 ,通过它们优缺点的对比说明此设计构思新颖 ,工艺先进 ,完全可以更好地满足冶金轧制工艺对水质的要求。

The presents the new filtering and disinfecting system of cyclic water supply by means of regarding the project of 1780 semi-continuous rolling of Anshan iron and steel company.The design mainly have light on the process of the circular system for purified water and that is not purified it also make clean that differences from other normal designs.Compared with other similar productions of which disadvantages and advantages,it introduces the novelty and originality of method,the advanced process,so it whole meet with the demand to water of rolling process.
