温差自力式调节阀在高炉上的应用

摘要 针对高炉恒流量供水冷却方式的弊端 ,提出采用温差自力式调节阀使高炉按恒温差供水冷却方式冷却。实验结果表明冷却壁进出水温差变小且保持稳定 ,同时大量节省高炉用水。 Aiming at the disadvantages of constant flux water supply, temperature difference self-power adjusting valve is introduced into blast furnace cooling, with the mode of constant temperature difference water supply. It has been shown that water temperature difference in and out of cooling wall can be reduced steadily, and water for blast furnace can be reduced largely.
