摘要
在分析烧结机台车炉篦条失效原因的基础上 ,进行了提高它们使用寿命的材质研究。研究结果表明 :经过成分合理配比 ,材质的强韧性得到了提高 ,耐热性能得到改善 。
On the basis of analyse of the invalidation cause of bar grate, the material research to increase the durability had been carried through. The research result shows that the material obdurability had been increased, and the heat resistivity had been improved, the lifetime of the new bar grates came to 36 months by suiable chemical compositiom and producing process.
