摘要
针对高炉粉煤喷吹量增加致使风口磨损加剧现象 ,分析和研究了高炉喷吹粉煤下高速的粉煤颗粒流对高炉风口壁面磨损机理 ,根据风口内实际情况 ,在以金属铜为材料的高炉风口内表面基材上电镀 Ni- Co镀层 ,并在高炉上进行对比试验。结果表明 :在相同条件下 ,高炉风口壁面材料改进能在很大程度上提高高炉风口的使用寿命 ;高炉所喷吹粉煤中的矿物杂质比粉煤本身对高炉风口壁面的磨损作用大得多 。
