摘要
在常用高强度螺栓钢 4 2 Cr Mo的基础上研究开发出一种强度级别更高的高强度螺栓钢4 2 Cr Mo VNb。试验结果表明 ,新开发钢的奥氏体晶粒长大趋势明显小于 4 2 Cr Mo钢 ,具有微细的显微组织 ;在约 5 5 0℃以上温度回火时析出合金碳化物而产生二次硬化 ,具有良好的强韧性配合 ;其耐延迟断裂性能、缺口敏感性和冷加工性能均优于 4 2 Cr Mo钢。
This paper introduces the newly developed high strength steel for bolts with tensile strength over 1300 MPa. It's shown that the micro alloy steel has lower austenite grain growth tendency and therefore finer microstructure, significant secondary hardening at higher tempering temperature and good strength and toughness combination The steel also has higher delayed fracture resistance, notch sensitivity and cold heading ability than that of the conventional steel 42CrMo One IVECO minibus, assembled with the bolts made of this new high strength steel has passed reliability running test recently
