摘要 采用热模拟技术 ,研究了卷取温度对 Ti- IF钢第二相粒子析出行为及晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明 :卷取温度的变化 ,对 Ti N、Ti S和 Ti4 C2 S2 粒子的影响不大 ,但对 Ti C粒子的影响较大 ;高温卷取有利于 Ti C粒子的析出、长大 ;高温卷取有利于铁素体晶粒的长大 ;碳含量较高 ,会析出较多的 Ti C粒子 。 The effect of coiling temperature on the precipitation behavior and grain size of Ti IF steel has been studied by the thermo mechanical simulation technique The experiment results show that coiling temperature has little effect on precipitation behavior of TiN, TiS and Ti 4C 2S 2 particles, but has great effect on that of TiC particle, high coiling temperature is beneficial to the precipitation and growth of TiC particles,high coiling temperature is beneficial to the growth of ferrite grains, more TiC particles are to be precipitated at higher carbon content, which are harmful to the development of recrystallization texture
