摘要
针对我国板材发展结构现状与存在的问题 ,指出发展高质量冷轧板及涂镀层板是“十五”期间钢铁工业品种结构调整的重点 ,并对如何加快建设。
In allusion to the current situation of and problems in the development of steel strip in China, it is pointed out that the development of high quality cold rolled and coated strip is one of the key tasks of product mix and structure adjustment in 'The Ten Five year Plan' period. Specific suggestions are given on how to boost capacity building and realize rational production distribution.
