水钢通过采取严把进厂煤质量关、调整配煤比、合理配用民煤等措施,既提高了焦炭质盘,又降低了成本,为提高高炉冶炼效益创造了条件。

In order to improve coke quality and reduce ironmaking cost,some measures Were adopted at Shuicheng Steel,such as controlling the coal quality, adjusting the coal proportioning ratio, using local coal reasonably,and so on.
