摘要
三元扩散偶技术是一种先进简便而高效的相图测定方法 ,运用扩散偶技术结合电子探针微区成分分析方法对Ni Re Ta三元扩散偶进行相分析 ,测得Ni Re Ta三元系 13 73K下所生成的 5个扩散层 ,分别是 :Ni3 Ta ,Ni2 Ta ,NiTa ,NiTa2 和Re Ta化合物 χ ,并由扩散偶中的相区规则得出Ni Re Ta三元系 13 73K的等温截面。
Diffusion triple technique is a advanced and efficient method in deter mination of phase diagrams. The isothermal section of Ni Re Ta ternary at 1 373 K was determined by use of the diffusion triple technique. The diffusion triple was analyzed by EMPA to be five diffusion layers of Ni 3Ta,Ni 2Ta,NiTa,NiTa 2 and Re Ta compound phase (χ) formed in the Ni Re Ta ternary at 1 373 K, no ternary compound was observed in this diffusion triple
