研发人员由于其工作特点 ,决定了他们将更多地借助项目团队的模式来开展工作。分析团队激励薪酬的运行机理 ,并将其应用于研发项目团队的激励 ,对激发研发人员的工作热情 。
In view of their occupational characteristics, developers mostly give impetus to their work performance using a project team model. The operating mechanism of team inspiriting salary is analysed. It is concluded that the team inspiriting salary system is of great significance to excitation of developer's enthusiasm for their work and improvement of their efficiency of innovation.
