This paper briefly introduces that some main iron & steel corporations in the world have grasped the opportunities to carry out strategic annexation in the extersive and fierce market competitions over the world.It also analyzes that large-scale operation and globalized operation will be inexorable trends for the iron & steel corporations to develop largely and strongly and to possess the big share in international market.
