摘要
论述了对科技期刊青年编辑的培养 ,应当强化思想道德教育 ,在实践中锻炼提高 ,广泛参加社会活动 ,并且参加业务培训 ,进修编辑专业和在职攻读学位。
On nurturing young editors of Periodical of Science and Technology,not only should the ideology and morality education be enforced to improve themselves by taking part in social activities widely,but also they are encouraged to participate work,to study further for editorial majorand degree without absence from work.
