摘要 介绍了国内外明矾石综合利用的开发动向。苏联开发的还原热解工艺,以硫为还原剂生产出高质量硫酸,提高了收率,节省大量燃料,大幅度降低炉气含尘量,同时改进钾肥提纯工艺,使钾肥产品纯度提高到95%左右。并对我国明矾石综合利用提出了建议。 The treod is reviewed about the comprehensive utilization of alunite at home and abroad. The reduction and thermo-decomposition process developed in the Soviet Union uses sulfur as a reducing agent to produce high quality sulfuric acid with high yields thus saving considerably fuel and consequently reducing greatly dust contained in the furnace gas. As it is benefitial to the purification process in the production of potassium fertilizer the purity of the product can be raised up to about 95%. Suggestions about the comprehensive utilization of aluntte in China are also given.
