摘要 利用SHS原理,选择铝和复合供氧剂作为发热体系,研究了铝热剂配比、铝粉粒度。添加剂、环境温度等对转炉大面补炉用SHS补炉料性能的影响。结果表明:SHS补炉料的最佳工艺参数为:环境温度≥1200℃,镁砂(<3mm)60%(质量分数,下同),铝粉(<0.5 mm)14%,菱镁矿(<0.5 mm)21%,硝酸钠5%;外加沥青10%,镁铝尖晶石和高铝矾土微粉各3%,CaF22%。 SHS (Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis) principle and the composite oxidizer of carbonate are first used in sintering of converter fettling mix in this study. The effects of such factors as the thermite content,the particle sizes of raw materials, the surrounding temperature (i. e. furnace temperature) ,the contents of various additives on SHS process of sintering of fettling mix were studied system atically. According to the experimental results, the best technological parameters are as follows sur rounding temperature ≥ 1200 ℃;the contents of raw materials are: magnesia (particle size <3 mm) 60% .aluminium powder( <0.5 mm) 14%,magnesite( <0. 5 mm)21%,sodium nitrate 5% ;extra addi tives; pitch 10% .spinel powder 3% .bauxite powder 3% ,CaF2 2%.
