摘要
研究了模内养护时间对低水泥刚玉质浇注料强度及其他性能的影响,探讨了施工过程中缩短浇注料模内养护时间的可行性。结果表明,当模内养护时间在12-24 h之间变化时,模内养护时间对浇注料的干燥及煅烧后的体积密度、显气孔率、耐压强度、抗折强度和永久线变化率均无明显影响,模内养护时间的延长对提高浇注料的抗爆裂性能有一定的促进作用。
This work studies the effect of curing time in mold on the strength and other properties of low cement corundum castables,exploring the feasibility of reducing the curing time in mold. It is shown in the re sults that curing time in mold,that varies between 12-24 h.has no obvious influence on bulk density, apparent porosity,cold crushing strength,cold modulus of rupture and permanent linear change of the castables after drying and firing,but extending curing time in mold can improve explosion resistance of the castables to some extent.
