发展化学肥料 保证农业增产 防止地力衰退

Develop chemical fertilizers, increase agricultural production, prevent depletion of soil fertility

本文肯定了化肥对农业增产与防止地力衰退的重要作用。认为施用化肥以促进有机质的增产,在此基础上,实行有机质的定量归还,是保持、提高土壤肥力、防止地力衰退的主要途径。并针对目前化肥生产和使用中存在的数量不足、比例失调、利用率低、分配流向不合理等问题,提出八条对策。

The authors affirm the important role chemical fertilizers play in iucreasing agricultural production and preventing the depletion of the fertility of soil and holds that an important way to sustain and even enhance the fertility of soil and prevent fertility depletion is to return the organic matters to soil in an appropriate proportion and the increase of organic matters contained in the soil can be realized by the application of chemical fertilizers to it. 8 measures are suggested by the authors to solve the problems existing at present in the production and application of chemical fertilizers,such as insufficiency in supply, imbalance admist different chemical fertilizers, low efficiency in utilization and unrational distribution of chemical fertilizers.
