摘要
从产业的构成 ,装备和产品 ,科研及其成果转化 ,以及市场体系等角度剖析了化纤—纺织的现状 ,结合“十五”预测和产业的发展趋势 ,提出加快我国行业建设 ,是推进整个产业科技发展和早日建成化纤 -纺织强国的关键之一。
The current situation of chemical fiber and textile industry was analyzed from the view of industrial construction, installation and products, achievements transformation in scientific research and market system. According to the tenth\|five\|year project and industrial trend, it was pointed out that accelerating domestic industrial construction should be one crucial step of promoting the whole industrial sci&tech development and building China into a powerful nation in chemical fiber and textile industry as earlier as possible. The implementation and content of industrial construction in new stage wer described in details.
