摘要
对日本帝人公司纺牵一步法 ( FDY)设备 A W-90 9/A卷绕机进行改造 ,由 6头纺改成 9头纺 ,探讨了 9头纺涤纶三叶异型超有光 FDY的生产工艺。生产实践证明 ,控制好各项工艺条件 ,能顺利纺丝 ,各项产品质量指标与 6头纺相似 ,卷装成型及退绕均良好。改造后产量增加 44 % ,生产成本每月降低 13.2
AW\|909/6A take\|up machine for FDY one\|step spinning of Teijin Co., Japan was innovated. The number of yarn cake increased from 6 to 9. The production process of 9\|cop spun trilobal profiled super bright PET FDY was discussed. The production proved that the well\|controlled process conditions ensure the smooth spinning with good package build and unwinding result. The quality index of the products was similar to that of 6\|cop spun fiber. The innovation increased the output by 44% and reduced the production cost by 132 6 thousand yuan per month.
